Development of Sustainable Human Settlement Policy

Government initiated a new policy: to construct affordable housing with integrated transport, employment and other facilities. This project had to facilitate not only the need for satisfactory living conditions, but also for the growth and sustainability of a community.
Target Projects was commissioned by the Provincial Department of Housing to manage their appointed task team and together we successfully developed an operational and strategic plan to facilitate this project.
