We manage, coordinate and integrate the detail design development process within the project scope, time, cost and quality parameters.

  • Facilities Management Policy

Tender Documentation and Procurement – Stage 4
We coordinate the process of establishing and implementing strategies and procedures, including the preparation of the necessary documentation for effective and timeous execution of the project.

  • Signed principal and direct contracts
  • Appropriate Project Insurance
  • Project Specific Tender and Contract Conditions
  • Appropriate Sales Leasing Agreements
  • Signed Service Agreement with appropriate Local Authorities and/ or Utility companies

Construction Documentation and Management – Stage 5
We manage and administer the construction contracts and processes, including the preparation and coordination of the necessary documentation to facilitate effective execution of the works.

  • Payment to all Project Creditors
  • Regular Client Project Report
  • Appropriate input from end user as required

Project Close-Out – Stage 6
We manage and administer the project closeout, including the preparation and coordination of the necessary documentation to facilitate the effective operation of the project.
